FACTORY ACCOUNTANT
Ceylon Jewelry Manufacturers (Pvt.) Ltd (CJM) a BOI approved company located in Panadura Industrial Estate, Sri Lanka is a high – end Jewelry Manufacturing organization which produces design jewelleries using precious metal with exclusive diamonds and colored stones etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day factory financial and operational transactions
- Responsible for the development and implementation of an activity-based costing system
- Work with HODs’ on process improvements and SOP
- Review cost drivers and rationalize costing and pricing methodologies
- Improve MIS and Management Information dissemination

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Full or Part qualified in CIMA / CMA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing sector
- Hands on experience in handling ERP Systems
- Experience in MYOB will be an added advantage
- Preferred candidates residing close to Panadura
SKILLS & ATTITUDES
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
- Sound knowledge in Cost accounting
- Self drive and ability to lead teams on specific project
