FACTORY MANAGER / HEAD OF FACTORY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet quality and output targets.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, minimize downtime, and improve throughput.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all products meet required specifications and standards.
- Implement and maintain ISO and equivalent quality systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Oversee stock management and perform regular audits to control inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability.
- Oversee machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to reduce downtime.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production, quality, efficiency, and manpower.
- Liaise with senior management to align factory performance with company goals.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- MBA or Master's degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in tile adhesive, skim coat, or cementitious product manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
