- Create and update accurate product records, including style codes, attributes, colorways, size ranges, and key dates in the PLM platform
- Coordinate with the garment tech and design teams to ensure tech packs and graded specs are completed and uploaded accurately
- Monitor incoming samples and approvals, liaising with production to track timelines and resolve delays
- Ensure all product data, including QA notes, fit comments, and finishing updates, are reflected in real-time in the internal system
- Work closely with the e-commerce and photography teams to prepare product listings, making sure images, copy, measurements, and assets are delivered and aligned with PLM data
- Provide clear weekly updates to stakeholders on the progress and status of all active styles, identifying and addressing risks or bottlenecks
- Assist in preparing products for bulk uploads, ensuring that listings are complete, consistent, and launched without error
- Maintain internal documentation to ensure seamless handover from development to content publishing
- Collaborate across departments to streamline processes, enforce timelines, and drive launch readiness

- In-depth understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management process, from design concept to e-commerce launch
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with PLM systems (e.g., Centric, WFX, Lectra, or similar)
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple styles and priorities across departments
- Strong communication skills to effectively follow up, escalate, and coordinate across remote and UK-based teams
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with data input and version control
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how product delays impact sales and merchandising schedules
- A calm, solutions-focused attitude when handling pressure and shifting priorities
