Job Description

The Role

  • Coordinate E-commerce order reservations by collaborating with logistics and customer service teams.
  • Generate, analyze, and present sales reports for DRM to support business decision-making.
  • Register new customers on the E-commerce platform, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of customer data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage backend operations to ensure seamless performance of the E-commerce platform.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Design visually engaging and brand-aligned E-flyers for corporate promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing promotional strategies.

The Candidate

  • A bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in E-commerce, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, presentation development, project management, and social media analytics.
