We are looking for dynamic personalities with the following qualification
Assistant Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire manufacturing process.
- Ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, and adherence to safety and cost-effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules.
- Supervising, training, and evaluating production personnel.
- Monitoring production costs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Working with other departments to align on goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience supervising or leading a team within a manufacturing or production setting, specifically in the Interior Industry.
- Gender: Male
- Ideal age maximum: 50
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Candidate around Gonapola is added advantage.
