FOREMAN
- Provide technical guidance and educate both customers and the internal technical team on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and assist management in identifying workflow and process inefficiencies.
- Perform repairs, scanning, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle brands and models.
- Conduct routine maintenance and running repairs including lube services and general mechanical tasks.
- Lead and supervise a maintenance team effectively while maintaining high productivity levels.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Should possess in depth knowledge on
- Vehicle maintenance procedures
- Gasoline and diesel engine systems
- Powertrain systems
- Chassis systems
- Engine electrical systems
- Vehicle body repairs
- Wheel balancing and alignment
- Workshop safety protocols, tools, and measurements
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to maintain quality work standards.
