Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Production, Operations or a related field.
- 2—3 years of experience required in Manufacturing. Preferably FMCG and food.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in production planning software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and oversee production activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production timelines and budgets to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues in real time.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
