ASSISTANT MANAGER E-COMMERCE
Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC is a well-known Sri Lankan company specializing in producing & marketing high-quality porcelain tableware worldwide. Our skilled artisans create a diverse range of porcelain products, such as dinner sets, tea sets, mugs, vases, and decorative items.
We invite a sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in the sphere of e commerce to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC to head the e commerce business as the Assistant Manager E Commerce based in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and increase brand awareness.
- Manage the online store's content, design and functionality, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Coordinate the processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders, ensuring efficient store pick-up and delivery services.
- Work closely with other departments, such as product development, branding, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
- Professional qualification in marketing preferred.
- Over 5 years experience in e-commerce operations, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role, focused on order management and customer service.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, data analytic tools, and content management systems is essential.
A fixed salary commensurate with experience and an attractive variable incentive is on offer.
