Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administration functions of the department.
- Maintain and update all system & Product compliance certification such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, SLS, ISO 9001.
- Handling consumer complaints and Trade complaints.
- Implement in-process product inspection standards by studying the manufacturing process for optimizing the quality of the production process.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for all regulatory compliance activities related to the quality department.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
- M.Sc. in food technology would be an added advantage.
- Minimum five years of experience in a food manufacturing industry in the capacity of a manager or similar capacity.
- Experience in certifications such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, SLS, ISO 9001 certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Age below 45.
