We are looking for a suitable individual to work at the Procurement Department at Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC. The successful candidate is expected to maintain healthy relationships with suppliers, resolve complex problems and support the entire supply chain of the company.

POST OF PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of all regular purchasing tasks and related administrative duties.
  • Prepare procurement-related reports and summarize data for management review and decision-making.
  • Schedule supplier visits, conduct competitor surveys, and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Oversee and monitor the execution of all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in managing and tracking international orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising on quality or timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational procurement policies and relevant legal and ethical standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in supply chain management.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • High degree of reliability, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and practical knowledge in MS Office package.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take challenges with a positive attitude.
