Technical Officer - Engineering and Facilities
The Ideal Candidate
- Age below 45 years.
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed organization preferably in hospital or hotel environment in building maintenance field.
- NVQ Level 3 or any other equivalent in the field of AC / Mechanical / Electrical.
- Willingness to work in a roster and work long hours.
Hands on experience in following areas
- Electrical wiring (Single phase and three phases)
- Refrigeration and Air conditioner repair and service
- Basic knowledge on MS-Office
- Coordination skills with suppliers and Service providers
- Kitchen equipment repair and service
- General Knowledge on Generator maintenance.
- Industrial Laundry equipment repair and service
- General knowledge on welding and plumbing
