VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

ASSISTANT MANAGER - HEAD OFFICE (RISK & COMPLIANCE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in maintaining risk management policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance reviews to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal standards.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on relevant changes.
  • Perform risk assessments and report findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and followed.
  • Assist in preparing risk and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help implement compliance training programs across the organization.
  • Maintain records and documentation as required for regulatory audits or inspections.
  • Support investigation of compliance breaches and help implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with legal and internal control teams to ensure holistic governance.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (part qualified) or AAT qualified
  • 2-3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and Advanced Excel
  • Proficiency in MS Office and risk management tools
  • Presentation skills, Time Management
  • Methodical & report writing skills
