Banquet Manager
The Successful Candidate should have
- Sound educational background with a minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position.
- Age below 55 years
- Pleasing personality with excellent PR skills.
- The selected candidates will be responsible for all banquet functions.
- He should have the ability to maintain the highest standards in relation to quality, presentation, service, customer satisfaction & profitability.
- He should have excellent event management skills & sound knowledge of local & continental food & customs.
- The ability to train, motivate & lead subordinates will be essential.
- Effectively & proactively monitoring the daily functions of the banquet.
