We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Guest Relations to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will lead the Guest Relations team in delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for our guests, while ensuring seamless coordination across all guest touchpoints. Reporting to the Director, Front Office, you will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, managing VIP services, and driving service excellence across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of guest relations operations
  • Ensure a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience
  • Oversee VIP arrivals, stays, and special requests
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
  • Train and mentor the Guest Relations team to maintain service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
