INTERNATIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a focused and proactive International Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our global marketing initiatives while ensuring effective communication and coordination between internal departments and factory. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit pro forma Invoices and sample invoices.
  • Coordinate sample requests and costing with the factory.
  • Track sample development and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the communication link between the International Marketing Team and the Production Team.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow-up on actions.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, international trade, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sound communication skill and collaborative attitude.
  • Sound coordination and organizing ability.
  • Over two years of experience in a similar role, preferably engaging with international stakeholders.
