PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Payroll administration & responsible for pay-related reports and documentation.
- Provide payroll input details for outsourced payroll processing based on HRIS data (OT calculations / Leave calculations etc.).
- Serve as the administrator and key point of contact for HRIS.
- Coordinate employee databases and generate HR dashboards.
- Submit monthly headcount reports and provide headcounts, pay related reports requested by the management.
- Address day-to-day HRIS issues and pay-related queries of employees.
- Provide audit reports and process information for finance, Labour department and BOI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS administration is a prerequisite for this role.
- Proven experience in advanced Excel functions & data analysis techniques is a must.
- Specific working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll.
- Preferably 2 years prior working experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
