Finance Executive - Manufacturing
Job Profile
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for the manufacturing unit.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, inventory costing, and bank reconciliations.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control initiatives within the manufacturing division.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, manufacturing controls, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Conduct variance analysis on production costs, wastage, and overheads to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support both internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with external vendors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for manufacturing-related financial matters.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
