EXECUTIVE - INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
Embark on a journey of change with Grad Gain-Sri Lanka, by joining the SLGG – team as an Executive - Industrial Engineering! This role would enable you to this role would enable you to conduct continuous improvements for production related operations, whilst engaging in SMV (Standard Minute Value) analysis, to maintain planned production efficiencies whilst increasing productivity.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma from a relevant institute.
- 2 - 3 Year Experience in manufacturing in the apparel sector. (Bra cup manufacturing knowledge is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering and General Sewing Data (GSD).
- Lean Knowledge and people management skills.
- Good decision making & problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
