Business Development Manager - Asiri Health
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our forward-thinking team and contribute to our mission of continuous growth and healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive hospital growth and service expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and outreach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, doctors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and report on performance to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
