F & B MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service.
- Supervise and train service staff.
- Develop menus in coordination with executive chef.
- Manage monthly inventory, cost control, and daily ordering procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales through promotional activities and excellent service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in F&B supervision or management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and service standards.
- Hands-on, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Guest oriented & service minded.
