As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as:
Executive – Human Resources Development
This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about human resources, eager to learn, and ready to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and attendance processes
- Coordinate performance evaluations and training activities
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws
- Handle general HR documentation and administrative work
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or administration (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented and proactive
