Job Description and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Hard working with high level of attention to details
- Ability to supervise multiple sites within the supervision of the guidelines of the Company
- Drive construction team operations, including Training & Development, Performance Management and Success Planning in order to develop a high performing construction team.
- Ability to maintain the quality and standards of the Company
- Planning daily work, supervise, labour management, and control the entire operations of the sites assigned to you.
Qualifications
- NCT (Civil / QS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced pressurized work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel to multiple construction sites and willing to work long hours
- Possession of a valid driving license – Motor Bike would be an added advantage.
