Installation and troubleshooting Firewalls and Manageable switches.
Ability to build strong customer relationship while supporting the existing customers.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to understand and solve problems by on self without escalating.

Experience with firewalls and switches such as FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, and Cisco/Aruba switches and access points will be an advantage.
Must have a proper understanding of networking and firewalls.
Knowledge of installation and troubleshooting for other networking products will be an added advantage.
