Service Advisor Forklifts
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Regular service and Maintenance for forklifts
- Create estimates for forklift repairs and maintenance
- Attend customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide solutions
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality operations
- Troubleshoot, identify, and provide solutions for problems
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance schedules and practices
- Develop strong connections with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in forklift maintenance, operations, and safety management
- Knowledge of electric and diesel forklifts
- Relevant technical/ professional qualifications above NVQ IV.
- Have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- A good team player
