CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE ENGINEER/ ADVISOR
Location - Sapugaskanda
We are looking for two Customer Support Service Engineers/Advisors to be based at our Sapugaskanda location. The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing promotional and brand-building activities aligned with predefined strategies, with the goal of driving both financial and non-financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth After Sales Service Operation towards the customer support.
- Achieve the assigned Service individual budget.
- Achieve assigned financial targets.
- Development and Management of resources.
- Maintain the assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Maintain Manufacturers guidelines and standards.
- Plan and implement continued facility development and improvement processes.
Requirement
- Age below 45 years.
- Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 02-03 years of work experience in a Diesel Power Generator or similar operation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Maintenance repair and service of after sales service industry.
