FOOD & BEVERAGES MANAGER
Requirements
- Diploma in Food & Beverages, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management will be added advantage.
- Must have Minimum of five (5) years of Food & Beverage supervisory/management experience.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal & written), and be extremely guest-focused.
- Must have attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task, follow-up and leadership skills are required.
- Being tri-lingual will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.
- Able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.
- Responsible to maintain the menu pricing and analyzing food and beverage cost.
- Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend operating and marketing policies.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Oversees the function of all Food & Beverage team members, facilities, sales and cost to ensure maximum departmental is achieved.
- Coordinates with the executive Chef for the preparation, presentation and service of Food & Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
- Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas.
- Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in F&B preparation and service in the restaurant field.
- Monitor, analyze and control all labor and inventory cost.
- Prepare the appropriate reports, charts and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintaining and improved.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the promotion of the dining and future events and promotions.
