MANAGER - COMPANY SECRETARIAL SERVICES
As the Manager- Company Secretarial Services, you will be responsible for managing company secretarial and compliance tasks while delivering excellent client service. Key responsibilities include timely company incorporation and ROC filings with all changes in the Company. The role also involves maintaining & updating client records, managing Google Drive databases, supporting internal teams and external partners with documents, handling bank account processes, and overseeing company restructures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent client experiences at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
- Advise clients on company secretarial matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance best practices.
- Complete name approval and Company Incorporation on time.
- Ensure on-time completion of ROC filing.
- Prepare and file annual returns on time.
- Prepare the share allotment documents for additional investments on time.
- Assist and provide the finance team with the ROC charges for reimbursement from client companies.
- Updating the client list database on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update the Google Drive database on a daily basis.
- Assist CRM, auditors, and lawyers by providing documents.
- Ensure Company Secretary Confirmation letters are sent to the bank on time.
- Ensure the timely opening of bank accounts and effectively handle all changes to bank accounts.
- Handle company restructuring processes, including name changes, director changes, and share transfers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fully or partly qualified Chartered Secretary (ICSA/ACIS) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and ROC procedures.
