F&B AND GUEST SERVICES MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily F&B operations and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Delivering warm and seamless guest experiences.
  • Coordinating special events, tastings, and guided experiences.
  • Training and leading a dedicated service team.
  • Upholding high hospitality standards and showcasing the uniqueness of the brand.

Candidate Profile:

  • Over 5 years of related experience in a villa or resort.
  • Strong expertise in Food & Beverage operations and proven experience in hotel general administration.
  • Exposure to butler services is an added advantage.
