Purpose of the job
We are looking for individuals who can manage the Air & Sea freight accounts as a single window for customer correspondence, operations and to achieve operational excellence and higher productivity through timely & accurate documentation, operations.
We expect you to:
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar capacity would be advantageous
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Air and/or Sea Freight operations
- A full/part Professional qualification
