Post of Trainee Site Supervisors Site Supervisors
DesignPlus Group of Companies is a leading in housing design and construction in Sri Lanka. We specialize in providing end-to-end services, ensuring high-quality, customer-centric residential projects from concept to completion. We are expanding our team to accommodate the growing demand for our services and are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join us.
Required Qualifications:
- HNDE, NDES, NDT, NCT (Civil) or an equivalent qualification
- Age below 30 years
- At least 1-year experience in construction or a related field (Experience in housing projects is an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, especially as it relates to house design
- Sound knowledge of architectural and structural drawings
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Review and understand architectural and structural drawings, ensuring the project is executed according to specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address any issues promptly and maintain client satisfaction
