John Keells Properties leads the charge on the property development and real estate sector in Sri Lanka, with a significant portfolio of real estate in Colombo and the suburbs.
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Intern – IT Support to gear itself to service a number of Property Development Projects in Colombo and other Provincial Cities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering user queries, troubleshooting common problems, and escalating complex issues to senior members
- Assisting with installing, updating, and troubleshooting software and hardware
- Creating or updating documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Assisting with tasks like managing firewalls, printer setup & monitoring
- Gaining experience in various IT areas and building relationships with other IT professionals
The ideal candidate:
- Part or fully qualified in Bachelor’s in Computing/Information Technology or any other relevant field
- The ability to communicate effectively to non-technical users
