Intern - IT Application Support
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective application support for incoming queries related to application functionality and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to application software.
- Escalate unresolved problems to senior support staff or development teams when necessary.
- Work closely with Line of Business (LOB) application teams to coordinate system enhancements and updates.
- Assist in managing change requests and ensuring smooth implementation of system modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of application development and databases.
- Excellent visualization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, adaptable, and "can-do" attitude.
