CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
EI / 08ESU/D79 VDA/COL / PRO /16.006.2025
ACTED, under the PLASTICS Project (Promoting Long-Term Approaches for a Sustainable, Transformative, and Inclusive Circular Economy in Sri Lanka) is inviting qualified and experienced consultants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the following consultancy service:

- INCOTERMS & Delivery point: Colombo, Sri Lanka
- Delivery deadline: 04 months
The call for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) will be conducted using Acted and followed the standard procurement procedure, open to all qualified consultants and service providers. The Terms of Reference (TOR) (in English) for the above service can be obtained from Acted by sending a request mail to [email protected]. The subject column should be - CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)-Sri Lanka.
Proposals of All EOIs must be submitted before 30th June 2025 at 04.00 pm by E-mail to [email protected] or hard copy should be post/Delivery to Logistics Manager, Acted, No 30 Asoka Gardens, Colombo 4. on or before the last date & Time of Proposals submission. Late proposals will be automatically rejected.
Acted will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Service Providers in connection with the preparation and submission of their EOIs to Acted.
