Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Experience in managing junior HR staff or recruiters is an advantage.

  • Manage offer negotiations and pre-employment formalities.
