Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Experience in managing junior HR staff or recruiters is an advantage.
