SENIOR EXECUTIVE /EXECUTIVE TALENT ACQUISITION & HR OPERATIONS

The Role
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage and process payroll activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Person
- Proven experience as an HR executive or in other HR positions.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g., Manatal, LinkedIn Hiring etc.).
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
