IT Tech Support - Customer Care Executive

The applicant should have positive outlook, be responsible, organized & people friendly with the ability to work independently.

Job Role

  • Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure service tickets are managed & closed as per SLAs.
  • Prepare Job Estimates & follow up for customer approvals.
  • Follow up RMAs from Suppliers.
  • Co-ordinate equipment collection from vendors & deliveries to Customer.
  • Manage Service Log & Prepare Service Reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Age between 24 - 32 years.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Distinct Advantage if prior experience in an IT Company.
  • Good command of spoken & written English is a MUST.
