Who We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking dynamic, goal-oriented, and passionate Branch Managers to lead operations at our branches in Kirulapona, Rajagiriya, and Pannipitiya. If you have a strong interest in investments and finance, along with a proven sales background, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Drive local marketing and client engagement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and strategic feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a management role within the sales and marketing sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of finance and investment trends.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
