Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records and timesheets
  • Support monthly reports and audits
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • School leavers or individuals following any HR/Accounting course are encouraged to apply
