The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in housing construction.
The candidates should have HND (Qs), NCT (Qs), or equivalent qualification and MS office.
The candidates should have Knowledge of BOQ preparation and checking.
The candidates should have Knowledge in preparation of monthly claims and site work reconciliation.
The candidates should be able to work under pressure as a team player to meet deadlines.
The candidates should have an excellent communication skill to handle clients.
The candidate should have situated around Colombo area.
