Executive – Modern Trade

Job Profile
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by driving revenue and meeting goals in the modern trade channel.
- Plan and manage trade marketing budgets for promotions and activations.
- Analyze SKU-wise profitability and recommend margin improvements.
- Validate and process trade claims, discounts, and incentives promptly.
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams on sales forecasts and stock planning.
- Build strong relationships with supermarkets and hypermarkets.
- Ensure timely delivery, accurate billing, and prompt resolution of issues.
- Partner with buyers on promotions, shelf planning, and growth strategies.
- Ensure planogram compliance, branding, and in-store visibility.
- Coordinate in-store promotions aligned with brand strategy.
- Manage order placement, follow-ups, and deliveries.
- Monitor stock by maintaining optimal levels at distributor and outlet locations.
- Conduct store visits and report on availability, pricing, visibility, and competitor activity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
Applicant Profile
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management from a reputed university/institute.
- CIM/SLIM qualifications (fully or partly completed) are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
