Customer Relations Manager

We're launching a unique service to help homeowners turn their idle houses, villas, and apartments into profitable short-term rentals through platforms like Airbnb. Our mission is to help property owners unlock income potential while offering guests a curated, high-quality experience. We're looking for a mature, enthusiastic, and hands-on individual—possibly a university student or someone seeking a career change—who’s passionate about travel, design, and people.

Western & Southern Provinces, Sri Lanka | Travel Required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build warm, trustworthy relationships with homeowners.
  • Travel between properties (primarily in the Western and Southern Provinces) to coordinate staging and inspections.
  • Support in property setup: staging, aesthetic upgrades, and functional checklists.
  • Prepare simple, engaging property guidebooks (places to eat, drink, visit nearby).
  • Be on-call for urgent issues and guest support when required.
  • Acquire new customers: identify and onboard new property owners.
  • Maintain a high level of service and communication for both hosts and guests.
  • Provide feedback on design, photography, and layout from a guest experience point of view.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Outgoing and people-first personality.
  • Fluency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
  • Mature and dependable: able to work independently and solve problems on the go.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
  • A good eye for minimalist, modern design and cleanliness.
  • Some experience or interest in hospitality, real estate, interior design, or marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Canva or basic design tools for guidebooks.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Experience in handling clients or coordinating teams/vendors is a bonus.
