Join Our Team as a Procurement Manager
Location: Head Office- Colombo (with travel to project sites as required)

Are you an experienced procurement professional looking to advance your career in the luxury real estate sector? We're seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage our procurement operations across multiple high-end development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations for construction and development projects.
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and relationship management.
- Oversee contract negotiations with a focus on favourable terms and compliance.
- Align procurement strategies with project budgets and timelines.
- Generate and maintain procurement reports with cost control and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material planning and delivery.
- Monitor market trends to recommend cost-effective, high-quality alternatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager, ideally in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, commercial terms, supplier management, and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Ability to thrive independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Added Advantage
- Background in Quantity Surveying (QS)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or ability to read technical drawings
