CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are on the lookout for a passionate and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our energetic team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Assist in generating sales leads and supporting sales follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
