ASSISTANT MANAGER ADMINISTRATION

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily administrative activities, including office maintenance, facility management, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement administrative policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative expenses.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Good knowledge in administrative processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and administrative software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Certification in Office Management or Facility Management is preferred.
