ASSISTANT MANAGER ADMINISTRATION
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily administrative activities, including office maintenance, facility management, and vendor relationships.
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative expenses.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Good knowledge in administrative processes and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and administrative software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Certification in Office Management or Facility Management is preferred.
