IT Support Executive
We are a leading marketing material printing and manufacturing Organization (BTL Advertising) located in Homagama, seeking young dynamic individuals to join our team.
Job Profile
- Administrating systems and server maintenance
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Provide end user training where required
- Monitoring and maintaining our networks and servers
- Protect the secrecy of information
- Perform on daily server backups with records
- Provide IT support to staff when required
- Coordination with relevant vendors on the equipment maintenance
- Troubleshooting, repairing and diagnosing hardware / software faults
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permission in Active Directory Domain environment.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience would be an added advantage.
- Should have obtained professional qualification in IT field from reputed institute.
- Age below 30 years.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies.
- Preference for applicant’s residing near Homagama.
- Remuneration negotiable based on experience.
