We are looking for an experienced and professional travel industry professional to assist daily operations, personnel management, and customer service excellence. The ideal applicant will have hands-on expertise with travel industry technology such as GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and CRM or booking tools utilised in modern travel management.
Assistant Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel sector, including use of GDS and travel CRM systems or educational qualifications in Travel & Tourism, Business, Hospitality Management, HND or a related field.
- Prior experience in a team lead or assistant managerial role is highly desirable.
- Travel industry certifications (e.g., IATA, GDS Training) are a plus.
Senior Sales Executive
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a travel agency or tour operator, including ticketing and sales or educational qualifications in Travel & Tourism, Business, Hospitality Management, HND or a related field.
- GDS certification (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is required.
- Experience in corporate or leisure travel sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of travel documentation and visa requirements is a plus.
Sales Executive
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operator, handling bookings and sales or educational qualifications in Travel & Tourism, Business, Hospitality Management, HND or a related field.
- GDS Certification (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is required.
- Knowledge of visa processes and international travel documentation is an added advantage.
