1. Factory Management Accountant

Position Overview: Play a pivotal role in cost efficiency and operational finance by delivering real-time visibility across production and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product costings & variance analysis
  • Monitor factory budgets and cost controls
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
  • Manage inventory costing and ensure zero wastage
  • Support ERP accuracy, audits, and month-end reporting

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting; Part or Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (Apparel preferred)
  • Advanced Excel & ERP (e.g., SAP) skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

KPIs:

  • Budget Variance: ± 5%
  • Inventory Accuracy: ± 2%
  • Report Timeliness: 100%

2. Supply Chain Merchandiser

Position Overview: Own the end-to-end supply chain for womenswear garments, connecting development, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders, production timelines, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain critical paths and resolve delays
  • Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and cost control
  • Lead a small team for efficient execution
  • Monitor sustainability and compliance

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Fashion, Business, or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years in supply chain/merchandising (Apparel)
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and planning skills

KPIs:

  • On-Time Delivery: ≥ 95%
  • Freight Utilization: ≥ 90%
  • Margin Efficiency: -5% YoY

3. Development Merchandiser

Position Overview: Manage the pre-production process ensuring accuracy, speed, and margin protection from tech pack to PP sample.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret buyer tech packs and coordinate sampling
  • Liaise with sourcing teams for trims, fabrics, costs
  • Manage sample costing, fit approvals, T&A
  • Ensure Day 1 file completion for production handover

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Fashion/Apparel/Merchandising
  • 3-5 years in product development (womenswear preferred)
  • Commercial awareness, costing experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent English and MS Excel skills

KPIs:

  • Sample & Sealing Accuracy: ≥ 95%
  • On-Time Handover Rate: ≥ 98%
  • Margin Efficiency: -5%
  • Day 1 File Accuracy: 100%

4. Production Merchandiser

Position Overview: Oversee the complete production lifecycle post-sample approval, from PO confirmation to ex-factory shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical paths, material tracking, and WIP updates
  • Collaborate with QA, logistics, and finance for compliance and documentation
  • Communicate directly with buyers for order updates
  • Maintain order files and ensure 100% reconciliation post-production

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in a managerial role (production/merchandising)
  • Degree in Merchandising, Textile/Fashion Management
  • Proficient in ERP, MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

KPIs:

  • On-Time Handover: ≥ 98%
  • Sealing & Sampling Right First Time: ≥ 95%
  • Margin Protection: -5%
  • Zero Waste Accuracy: 100%
