ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Colombo. If you’re passionate about travel, results-oriented, and ready to negotiate the best deals in boutique hospitality – this is your moment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bringing in leads, converting them like a pro, and growing that pipeline
- Negotiating the best deals (we mean really great ones)
- Building and owning relationships with travel agents, corporates, and embassies
- Spotting new business like a hawk and jumping in at before anyone else
- Smashing sales targets and bringing in the wins
- Keeping it all organised and professional while staying cool under pressure
Who You Are:
- A dealmaker with a go-getter mindset and a “can-do” attitude
- Digitally savvy – you know your way around booking systems & online tools
- A multitasking machine who loves a good challenge
- Obsessed with travel, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Well organised with brilliant people skills
- A natural negotiator who can close the deal with value to both parties
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in hotel or boutique property sales
- Diploma in marketing or hospitality
- Solid network of travel agents, corporates & embassy contacts (this is a must!)
- A proven track record of hitting targets and growing accounts
