The Head of Operations at Lassana.com is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational processes, including logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of products while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Head of Operations
Location: Homagama, Sri Lanka
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and optimize transportation, warehousing, logistics, and customer service
- Drive operational excellence and cost-effective last-mile delivery
- Manage and mentor a high-performing operations team
- Collaborate with tech teams to leverage automation and data insights
- Improve order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee seasonal demand surges (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 5–10+ years in a senior operational role in e-commerce, logistics, or retail
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of KPIs and process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peak periods efficiently
