Samtessi, a subsidiary of DSI and a leading industrial brush manufacturer for the international market, is looking for the following candidates to join immediately who have experience in the freight industry.

- SALES COORDINATOR
- EXPORT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
If you are chosen, you will be handling the following responsibilities: preparation of price quotations, preparing proforma invoices (PI) to final invoicing, and ensuring goods are shipped out. All will be your responsibility. This includes creating proforma invoices, obtaining approval from customers, handling customer requests for new product development, creating container configurations, preparing the sales order book for the month, monitoring production deviations, and keeping customers informed of production progress. You will also coordinate final packaging and customization with the factory, manage shipping document coordination, handle price increases, and follow up on payments. Etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of 3-5 years or more in similar industry export business in sales or logistics. Bachelor degree is advantageous; however, part qualification of a professional qualification would be satisfactory.
- Need to have experience in customer service with overseas clients, meticulously dedicated attention to deal.
- Ability to work under pressure and plan out order processing.
- Dealing with factory deadlines and NPD and planning departments.
- Excellent in Word, Excel, PPT.
- Need to do sales review ppts daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Good command of English language is a must.
